Been having a lot of carbonara at restaurants lately
and finally I tried to give it a shot --
cooking my own carbonara at home =D

Super uber easy to make!
and no expensive ingredients needed!

Here it is:

Cooked from scratch,
using just eggs, parmesan cheese, mushrooms, bacon, parsley
and of course, pasta of your choice xD

Carbonara is officially off my restaurant order list

Unilodge organised a free tour (YESH! FREE!)
to Great Ocean Road.
Althought it was all rainy and windy the whole day,
it was kind of a fun trip towards the end of it.
I'll skip the complaints about the journey
and will show u just the pichas:

The site where the 12 apostles sit

A $95/35km helicopter ride will take you into the skies
for an amazing sight

If you're thinking of asking me to go there again,
FORGET IT!
Once is enough.

Went to the Tulip Farm with CCM during the weekend.
We arrived there after an hour drive,
just to be greeted by the scene of pretty flower beds
and a wave of visitors scouring through them
with their camera in hands.
Not gonna wait till the tulips wilt,
we quickly armed ourselves with our cameras and enthusiasm
and charged towards the sea of tulips awaiting us.

Not far away while I was taking a photo,
I spotted this disillusioned kid holding a camera.
Little guy with camera - Kawaii desu~!!!
I want my kid to have his style ^^
Actually he was waiting for his mum to climb into position
for his shot xD

The many people whom added into the moody day..
I can't seem to take a shot without people
wandering into my frames =.=

And the thrill of my day!!
I was staring at awe at those people boarding the heli..
but i didn't know how and where to take the fun ride =.=
Apparently, I've got to pay $35 at the entrance for the ride
(which unfortunately enough I only notice it when we're exiting the farm)

After that we went to i-forgot-the-name-place
and we had out takeaway pies there ^^
It was atop a mountain and from far we can admire
the amazing landscape while eating our hot pies -
